Beechdean AMR Survive Chaotic Spa

  Beechdean Aston Martin Racing (AMR) contested the fifth round of the 2016 European Le Mans Series (ELMS) at the renowned Spa Francorchamps circuit. Beechdean AMR drivers Andrew Howard, Darren Turner and Alex MacDowall finished the four hour race in fifth position, maintaining their hold of second in the championship. The fifth round wasn’t plain sailing for the #99 Aston Martin V8 Vantage GTE car. Unfortunately car issues forced MacDowall, who was starting the race, to pit at the end of the formations lap. Beechdean AMR Head South For ELMS Round Four

Beechdean Aston Martin Racing (AMR) will travel to the south of France this weekend (27th/28th August) to begin the second half of the 2016 European Le Mans Series (ELMS) at Circuit Paul Ricard. Following a six week gap from round three at Red Bull Ring in Austria, the Beechdean Aston Martin Vantage V8 GTE #99 will be back in action for a four hour race. Beechdean AMR drivers Andrew Howard, Darren Turner and Alex MacDowall currently lie second in GTE standings, and will look to continue their impressive early form into the second half of the season. Beechdean AMR Raise the Roof for Remainder of ELMS

Beechdean Aston Martin Racing (AMR) will be sporting a new roof livery for each of the remaining three rounds of the 2016 European Le Mans Series (ELMS). The #99 Aston Martin Vantage V8 GTE car currently lies second in the European Le Mans Series GTE standings. Beechdean AMR have run two liveries in ELMS. The car started with its classic dark blue livery at Silverstone and Imola. Beechdean AMR then switched up to a metallic blue livery, which was showcased at 24 hours of Le Mans.
